The rules for using this site and the way we handle the data of those who visit it. There are few of them, because the site asks nothing of you: no registration, no cookies.
The site italiadream.tv (the "Site") is published by ItaliaDream.TV ("we"), the multi-platform digital television that tells the story of Italy's excellence. For any question you can write to us at ar.italiadreamtv@gmail.com.
By browsing the Site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site. We may update them: the date at the top of the page indicates the version in force.
The Site is a multi-platform digital television that tells the story of Italy's excellence through films, photographs and texts. Browsing is free and requires no registration. We may change or remove content and sections at any time.
Texts, films, photographs, trademarks, logos and graphics on the Site belong to ItaliaDream.TV or to their respective owners, who have granted us their use: among them the Riccardi Archive – AGR Agency, IDM Südtirol – Alto Adige and the authors of the photographs published under Creative Commons licences, credited next to each image. You may view the content and share links to the pages. You may not copy, download, reproduce, modify or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission; images under a Creative Commons licence are governed by the terms of that licence.
Use the Site fairly. Do not interfere with how it works and do not extract its content with automated tools or in bulk. Do not use it for unlawful purposes.
Some pages link to third-party sites, for example Wikimedia Commons or the sources cited in the texts. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
The content is for general information and is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate, but it may contain inaccuracies or be out of date: before travelling, always check opening times and visiting conditions with official sources. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the Site or from the inability to use it.
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the protections provided by the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.

The data controller is ItaliaDream.TV. For any request about your data, the address is ar.italiadreamtv@gmail.com.
The Site requires no registration, has no reserved areas, does not profile visitors and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Three kinds of data may be processed.
Browsing data. The service hosting the Site (Netlify, Inc.) automatically records technical logs: IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time. They are needed to run the Site and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security and operation of the service. Retention: the time strictly necessary, under the provider's rules.
Typefaces. The pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts. When you open a page, your browser sends Google the IP address needed to download the files. Legal basis: legitimate interest in offering the Site with its design. Google's processing is described in its privacy policy.
If you write to us. If you send us an e-mail we process your address, your name and what you write, only to reply to you. Legal basis: handling your request. Retention: the time needed to reply and to deal with any follow-up.
The Site sets no cookies of its own and uses no profiling or third-party cookies. Films are played directly from the Site, without external players. This is why no banner appears when you open a page: there is nothing to accept.
Data may be processed on our behalf by the technical providers needed to run the Site: the hosting service (Netlify, Inc.), Google (typefaces) and the provider of our mailbox. Some are based outside the European Union: transfers take place with the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell or pass on data to third parties for commercial purposes.
The Site is aimed at a general audience and does not knowingly collect data from children.
You may at any time ask us to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to its processing or receive it in a readable format, by writing to ar.italiadreamtv@gmail.com. If you believe the processing breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
If the Site changes, for example with reserved areas, newsletters or analytics tools, we will update this notice before activating them. The date at the top of the page indicates the version in force.
