Guglielmo Marconi University.

Italy's first digital university, private and non-profit, recognised by the Ministry of University and Research since 2004. Based in Rome, with a network of teaching centres in Italy and abroad, it combines distance learning with in-person activities and awards legally valid degrees: bachelor's and master's programmes, postgraduate courses and lifelong learning. In the film, the university as told by those who attend it: testimonies to camera, lessons followed from home, the headquarters and its laboratories, the scholarships.

The medieval festival of Fossanova.

Every August, for three days, the village of Fossanova goes back to the Middle Ages around its Cistercian abbey: flag-throwers, bagpipes and minstrels, choirs, fire-eaters, merchants and innkeepers among the stone houses and the cloister.
